Men Enjoy Flowers Too: Sending Your Guy Flowers is a Welcome Surprise
An inner-beauty tip: men like to feel beautiful too. And we often take them for granted, because although men do worry about their looks, they like to act like they don’t. But if you can manage to tell a guy he’s attractive in a way that doesn’t threaten his masculinity, you will increase his interest and his self-esteem.

What Really Makes Babies so Darn Cute?
Judy’s baby Emily had a birthday recently, and Judy had a One-year party for her, which was a hoot because all the moms from the Mommy and Me playgroup came and brought their own one-year olds. One of the things Judy says is that it gets a lot harder to maintain your personal style when you live with someone who’s constantly emitting various fluids, and the One-year party was a hilarious (for me) combination of drool and cake icing and runny ice cream.

I’m a lot more interested in seeing women access real beauty, the kind that doesn’t wrinkle with age or evaporate in harsh light. Fact is, the most beautiful women in the world are the ones who know the secret and who use it before ever applying moisturizer.

Moms Can Look and Feel
More Beautiful if They Take Time for Themselves
When you spend your life running after a toddler or shepherding bigger kids around town, you may be feeling less like a happy mother and more like a disenfranchised maid. When you’re thinking of running off the Mexico instead of picking Jimmy up from soccer, it may be time to take a break from being Super Mommy and just be yourself.

Beauty and Feeling Sexy Comes From Within: Inner vs. Outer Beauty
Sexy is definitely a state of mind, and with the fast pace of today’s lifestyle, women and men too are finding themselves too distracted, too anxious or too tired to feel sexy. Some companies are cashing in on the big slump in Western libidos by creating pills containing herbs or chemicals designed to stimulate exhausted, stressed-out people to ever more frenzied sexual activity. I think it’s sad that we’re using pills when what people really need is more time to relax.

Zen Beauty: Simple Ways to Apprecaite Your Natural Beauty
“It’s a Zen thing,” is overused; a cliché. But it still carries meaning, even if that meaning is, “It’s ungraspable, but important”.. Some Buddhists may say that Zen making its way into mass culture even as a cliché may be completely appropriate, since the tradition of the Zen koan has long rested on an idea that cannot be grasped because it’s nonsensical.

How to Reduce Your Work Stress:
Simple Ideas to Improve the Relaxation of Your Office Environment
The simplest definition of stress is force that produces physical or emotional tension or strain on the body. If you work at a computer or a desk you’re at risk for back pain, carpal-tunnel problems, eyestrain and obesity. These are all common symptoms of workplace related stress injuries. That’s great news, huh. But just because you’re at risk for these stress and anxiety related effects, doesn’t mean these things will necessarily happen to you (sigh of relief…).

Reduce Stress with Aromatherapy Essential Oils
Stress detracts from beauty, causing lines and wrinkles, prematurely graying hair, baggy eyes from insomnia and all sorts of illnesses. If you haven’t already given in to the aromatherapy craze, you may decide to go for it to achieve a little synaptic peace of mind, without the antidepressants (more about antidepressants later).
